Inactive accounts
Omxus doesn't delete verified accounts for being inactive. Your account stays until you delete it.
Important
An account whose email or mobile was never verified is deleted after 30 days without use, with everything attached to it. An address still waiting for its code is deleted after 30 days, or as soon as another account verifies it.
Signing in after a long break
Staying signed in has limits, so an old device can't keep access forever:
- A sign-in lasts up to 90 days, then you sign in again, even if you used the site every day.
- If a device doesn't visit a site for 30 days, you sign in again there.
Before you come back
- Make sure you can still get messages at the email address or mobile number on your account. If you forget your password, that's where your code goes.
- If you use a passkey, it's saved in your device or password manager. A new phone may need your passkeys synced across first.
