Stay signed in, and sign out

Once you sign in, you stay signed in on that device, within limits that keep your account safe if a device is lost.

How long you stay signed in

• Behind the scenes, the site renews your sign-in about every 15 minutes while you use it. You don't need to do anything.
• If you don't use a site on a device for 30 days, you sign in again there.
• Every 90 days, you sign in again, however often you visit.

Choose an account

When a site sends you to the Omxus sign-in page and you've recently signed in there, you see Choose an account. Select Continue to sign in with one press, or Use another account. This lasts up to 30 days on that browser.

Sign out

• Of one site: use the site's Sign out option.
• Of the Omxus sign-in page: on the Choose an account screen, select Sign out.
• Everywhere at once: sign out of all devices.

When we sign you out for your safety

• You change your password: every other device signs out.
• You change your email or mobile: every device signs out.
• You delete your account: every device signs out.
• A sign-in looks copied: if an old sign-in token is used a second time, which can mean someone copied it, we end that sign-in on every device that shared it.
