Emails and texts from Omxus
Omxus sends a small number of messages, all about signing in and keeping your account safe. We don't send newsletters or advertising.
Codes
Emails come from noreply@omxus.com. The subject line starts with the code, like "123456 is your code". Texts say the same and add a last line with the site's address and the code, like @example.com #123456. That last line lets your phone offer to fill in the code, but only on that site.
Codes are 6 digits and work for 10 minutes.
Notices
- Someone tried to sign up with this address. Someone tried to create a new account with an address that already has one. Nothing changed.
- Your sign-in address is being changed. A change to a new address has started. It finishes only when the code sent to the new address is typed in.
- Your sign-in address was changed. Your account now signs in with a new address, and every device was signed out.
What Omxus never asks for
Important
Omxus never asks for your password, your code or your secret words by email, text or phone call. Our messages never include a link to sign in. Only type a code into the site you're signing in to.
If a message asks you to share a code, reply with details, or follow a link to "keep your account", don't. Learn how to spot fake messages.
