HelpPrivacy and your data

Get a copy of your data

You can ask for a copy of everything Omxus holds about your account.

Ask for your copy

  1. Send a privacy request with the email address on your account. If your account uses a mobile number, tell us the number.
  2. We confirm the request comes from the account's owner before we send anything.
  3. We send your copy as a file you can open and keep.

What's in your copy

  • Your account ID and when you created it
  • Your email address or mobile number, and when you verified it
  • Your usernames
  • Your passkeys: the site each is for, and when you saved and last used it
  • Your sessions
  • Your security events from the last 90 days
  • Whether the account is turned off, and why

For your safety, the copy leaves out password records and sign-in tokens. They're scrambled and of no use outside Omxus, but there's no reason to send them anywhere.

Data on the sites you use

Your posts, purchases and settings on a site belong to that site's service. Ask the site for a copy.

Ask the site you were signing in to about its own service. For your Omxus account, try these next steps.
